The Art of Letting Go: Grief, Change, and The New Normal
What if “normal” never comes back? Change, uncertainty and loss and can stir up feelings of grief and depression. How do we step forward into the unknown in a positive way? How do we begin to create our “new normal” consciously and deliberately? In this episode, we talked with Christine Green about how to surrender the past, release old behaviors and move forward mindfully.
It might seem strange to say we had fun on this episode, but there was laughter and entertainment, even as we dove into things like:
· Why old models aren’t a good reflection of how grief really works, and ways to think about it that are healthier.
· Why letting go of what was once can be so challenging, and how we can move forward with more ease.
· Several specific tools to interrupt ruminating and work through difficult emotions.
· And so much more!
