Ep #30: Freedom & Self Expression Through Story & Sound Healing
Whoever noted that “Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid” understood human creativity and talent (the quote has been attributed to Einstein but that’s up for debate).
The pandemic and ensuing shutdowns have given many the opportunity to explore new talents and interests in droves! In this episode, we connected with two different artists about their crafts to dive in a little deeper.
Just in time for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), Laurence O’Bryan launched our three-part series about successful authorship by sharing with what it takes to write a novel, his unique style of crafting the plot and characters, and why he believes writing is real freedom.
Looking at the skyrocketing numbers of cases and long winter months ahead, Sarah Hope Adams talked with us about how music brought her dad back to her, how frequencies and intentions can connect us with nature, how sound itself helps rebuild our cells, and even sang some of her beautiful music to us!
